Turn a trading idea into a rule that never stops watching.
Describe the setup in plain English, or draw it on the chart. chartTrigger turns it into a rule you can actually read, proves it on history, runs it on paper — then watches the market 24/7 and acts on your own MetaTrader 5 or cTrader account.
- No coding. The AI drafts it; you edit it.
- No VPS. We run and supervise the terminal.
- Test before live. History, then paper, then armed.
- Your broker, your funds. We never hold money.

Alert-only rules can stay alert-only forever. No broker account needed.
Same evaluator the live engine uses, under the spread and slippage you state.
Records every decision it would have made. No order reaches any broker.
Plenty of people never take this step, and that's a valid way to use it.
A historical simulation under stated assumptions — not a forecast, and not a result.
It's being there the second every condition lines up
You already know what you're waiting for. The level is marked. The filter is in your head. What you can't do is sit in front of six charts at 3am checking whether the spread is tight enough.
How it goes without it
How it goes with it
Idea → Rule → Proof → Armed
Four steps. The AI does the boring one, the engine does the repetitive one, and you keep every decision that matters.
Say it or draw it
Type it in plain English, pick from 30+ templates, or draw the level straight on the chart with Live Ink.
See the logic
You get readable text — not a black box. Change a number, add a session filter, tighten the stop.
Test before you trust
Run it over history in the Proving Ground, then live on paper in Ghost Mode with no order reaching a broker.
Arm it and walk away
Only you can arm it. Then hosted infrastructure keeps evaluating with your browser closed and your PC off.
You can stay in alert-only mode forever if you want.
Say it in plain English. Get a rule you can read.
The AI writes the rule.
You stay the trader.
Most people know the setup they want. Turning it into conditions, filters, sizing and a stop is the part that stops them. Describe it — the copilot writes it.
It is checked against the same engine that runs live rules, so an invented indicator is a red underline with a line number, not a trade. It never saves and never arms anything.
It writes rules; it doesn't predict markets, and nothing it produces is advice.
Not another alert app — a place rules live and run
The value isn't one flashy feature. It's the whole path from an idea in your head to a supervised rule you can audit.
Rules from your own charts
Price crossings, trendline breaks, retests with a real tolerance band, and 29 indicators — RSI, Bollinger, SuperTrend, Ichimoku, Keltner, VWAP and more.
Alerts that carry the chart
Telegram, email and webhooks — each with a picture of the candles the engine actually evaluated, a marker on the firing bar, and the engine's own latency in milliseconds.
Hosted MT5 & cTrader
We provision a terminal per account, sign it in, restart it if it stops and reconnect it if the broker drops. cTrader connects over its API with no terminal at all.
Proving Ground
Replay a rule over history with the same evaluator the live engine uses, under the spread and slippage you state. A historical simulation — clearly labelled, never a forecast.
Ghost Mode
The rule runs on live prices and records everything it would have done — with no order reaching any broker. Watch it for a fortnight before you trust it with anything.
One rule, every account
Arm a level once and every terminal you choose acts on the same evaluation — with a shared cooldown, a cap on fires, and a daily-loss brake that stops new executions.
You can always see exactly why it fired
The reason most automation gets abandoned is that nobody can explain what it did. Every fire here keeps the values that caused it, the order attempt, the broker's own return code, and the delay — on the record.
Keep your Pine Script. Let us do the rest.
TradingView can fire an alert, but it can't place an order — it has no connection to your broker. Every chartTrigger rule can take an inbound webhook instead, so your existing alert becomes the trigger.
It's a trigger, not a bypass
Your rule's own checks — spread, session, exposure, cooldown — still have to pass before anything executes. A signal arriving on a blown-out spread does not become an order.
Only an armed rule accepts it
A disarmed rule, or one whose trigger isn't an inbound webhook, refuses the request and tells you why. The URL is the credential, so treat it like a password.
Every request is recorded
Accepted or refused, with the reason. TradingView won't tell you a delivery failed — your inbound log will.
Alerts that tell you what happened, not just that something did
A price alert says “EURUSD touched 1.1570”. That's the start of the work, not the end of it. These arrive with every condition already checked, and a picture of the bar that caused it.
Conditional, not just a price
Combine a level or trendline break with indicators, a session window and a spread guard. It only reaches you when all of it lines up together.
The chart comes with it
Telegram and email carry an image of the candles the engine actually evaluated, your level drawn on, and a marker on the firing bar — plus the engine's own latency in milliseconds.
Alert-only is a permanent option
Nothing forces you towards live trading. A rule can stay alert-only forever, and alert-only rules run on live public market data with no broker account connected at all.
History, then paper, then — only if you want — live
The point of testing here isn't to produce an impressive number. It's to find the broken logic before it costs you anything.
Proving Ground
Runs your rule over past bars through the same evaluator the live engine uses, with the spread and slippage you state carried onto every export. Labelled a historical simulation everywhere it appears.
Ghost Mode
The same rule on live prices, recording every decision it would have made — with no order reaching any broker. The honest way to watch something for a fortnight before trusting it.
You can see why it fired
Every fire keeps the values that caused it, the order attempt, the broker's own return code and the delay. Automation you can't explain is automation you'll abandon.
A simulation is not a forecast, and a rule that compiles is not a rule that should be traded. We make no claim about what any rule will do.

If you don't get started, you don't pay
Ask within 14 days of your payment being confirmed, while you haven't connected a terminal or armed a rule, and you get the whole amount back. No form to fill in — just reply to your receipt.
A refund isn't available because a rule didn't perform the way you hoped, or because a trade lost money — chartTrigger is software, not a trading outcome. Full terms in the refund policy.
The things people ask first
Do I need a VPS, or to install anything?
No. When you add a broker account we provision a MetaTrader 5 terminal for it on our infrastructure, sign it in and supervise it — restarting it if it stops and reconnecting it if the broker drops. cTrader accounts need no terminal at all. Nothing runs on your computer.
Does chartTrigger hold my money?
No. Your funds stay in your own broker account. We have no withdrawal access and never hold a balance. You add a broker login and the software places the orders your rules describe — that's the whole relationship.
Will this make me money?
That isn't a question anyone honest can answer, and we make no claim about it. chartTrigger is execution and alerting software: it carries out the rules you define, consistently, and records what happened. The rule and the risk are yours.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Build rules by pointing and clicking, start from one of 30+ templates, or describe the setup in plain English and let the AI copilot write it. There's a readable script view if you want it, not because you need it.
Which brokers work?
Any broker offering a retail MetaTrader 5 account, plus cTrader accounts over their Open API. There's no broker-side integration to arrange and nothing for your broker to approve.
Can I use it without placing live orders?
Yes, and many people do. Set a rule to alert-only or Ghost Mode and it watches, notifies and records without any order reaching a broker.
Can I trigger a rule from TradingView?
Yes. Every rule can take an inbound webhook — its own Open Line URL — so a TradingView alert can be the trigger. The rule's own checks on spread, session and exposure still apply before anything executes.
What happens right after I pay?
Your account is created and you're signed straight in — there's no separate signup form to fill in. We also email your login details so you can sign in from any other device.
Set the rule once. Let it do the watching.
About five minutes to get your first rule running on paper — and it costs you nothing to keep it there.
